Doctor Steward is amazing. She prescribed an amazing Rx for upper respiratory infection. The next time when I went there, a younger doctor gave the same RX but double the doze. She was very embarrassed when I pointed it out to her.

What a fantastic veterinary clinic!! The girls are so compassionate and intelligent and Dr. Rebelle, (my dog, Lacey's, Dr.) is the kindest, most compassionate man and veterinarian that I know. I give this a 10 out of 10!! Thankyou for all you do Dr. Rebelle and girls and thank you for loving my sweet Lacey!! :-)

After dealing with a very competent vet that was incredible with my animals I was very sorry to change to this facility. Never saw the same vet twice. One of the Dr. talked me into changing food which my senior cat had been on for years due to crystals twice and he was so sick. I changed him back and he has been fine ever since. There billing practices are questionable at best. Vets are expensive and I am willing to pay for what I feel is fair but to have a quote risen up by $300.00 after an pets demise is cruel. We let it be but the next time we were given a quote I asked for the most it could possibly be. We were given 2 sets of quotes. I get a call have way into the procedure to say it will be another $500.00 on top of the highest quote. I said No don't do the operation. we couldn't afford at that time to pay the extra again. They did it anyway but didn't charge. I still feel betrayed and disappointed in the quality of the practice and will go elsewhere.

Both dogs and my cat have gone to this clinic and I haven't had a bad experience.

Luckily my 15 month old dog is in overall good health but in probably 5 visits I've not seen the same vet twice. Front end staff is hit and miss as to care/concern. Recently, what appeared to be a simple skin rash, required $250 in tests and treatments only to remain undiagnosed and unchanged. I managed to clear it up with a little hydrogen peroxide and warm water...go figure. Whether intentional or not, I always leave there with the feeling that moving product is more important than my pet.

I took my older dog there to get neutered and asked him specifically to do the surgery which he promised he would. After the surgery my dog had lost the control of his bowel and bladder movements. I looked at the invoice and someone else had done the surgery. Another time I took my dog there and he said he had a bone stuck in his throat and needed surgery. I told him thats imposible cause I dont give my dog bones. So he took another look and now said its cancer and my dog should be put down. Took him to another vet who said nothing was wrong with him. I had been going there for over 10 years but he's changed. He's gotten greedy and lazy, all to common among vets today. The bottom line comes first.

been going to this clinic with our animals for about 5 years. Most of the staff good at their job a few that think they are above the average Joe. The different doctors almost every time we go is very frustrating. We have had appointments canceled a few times and with our schedual that is very disconserning they seem to think it is no big deal to rearrange our times. Next time I'm charging them for an appointment with the hours notice we have had. They are expensive but no worse then any other vet we've dealt with. Prices are comparable. Food choices the same as every other vet with prices similar.

We lost our dog last year and they were amazing - their staff is super sweet and genuinely care. We've since got a new pup and we go there for all of our vet needs. I truly can't say enough good things about Cedar Grove!

I just want to say that the doctors there think that money grow on trees .You canot discuss the treatment they just tell you what it needs to be done and charge you acordingly (by their books ) Save yourself and look for other practices ,there are a lot of good doctors out there that are not for the money but to save the life of your pet.This clinic would have charged me 3 times the price that i paid . I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

Excellent kind doctor. My dog loved him. Knowledgable and compassionate. The staff seem to be very happy there and was a pleasurable visit :))

This place is very expensive compared to other clinics, and go out of their way to try to sell you more services than needed. Dr. Rebele himself is great, but the fill in vets are the worst I've ever had contact with. The fill in did not know how to manage my pets recent emergency situation and wasted time. They don't discuss the treatment plan, just decide what you 'need' add it onto your bill. The ladies behind the counter are nice but most seem like they have no animal experience and don't know the answers to simple common questions. I would definitely not recommend this clinic to anyone!

EXPENSIVE!!!! Services and products are well overpriced. And the pet food is low grade compared to whats available to the consumers today. Check and compare your ingredients people.

Both of my dogs have had surgery there under the skillful hand of Dr. Martin Rebele. He neutered and de-clawed our Danny when a puppy and old boy Duke has had foot and ear surgery. I didn't really appreciate his surgery skills until a vet in Langley botched a simple ear hematoma surgery for Duke. I will drive a little further and go back to Cedar Grove next time. Believe me, it is worth it.

Been going there several years now. Service has always been pretty good but the thing I hate is they try to upsell everything.Constantly rotating in new doctors so it's hard to build a trust with them. The receptionists are a little indifferent to you. Dr. Rebele does go out of his way to explain everything to you. Horrible recovery room. The kennels are right next to the washer/dryer and built in vacuum. Very noisy for a sick pet.

Depending on which vet you see, you will get different advice on the vacinations for your pet, in my experience. At least one of the vets, it's like a constant sales pitch and it becomes impossible to tell what you actually need and what's hard sell.

For Dr. Catherine Stuart; she was truley amazing with my dog who had been treated elsewhere and was seriously traumatized by the experience. His treatment from the previous vet was questionable which is why we brought him to her. The relationship was an easy one, he trusted her with everything and being the owner, I was comfortable with anything that she recommended and performed. My dog is now relaxed, balanced and happy. We are lucky because his experience before her, couldve scarred him for life. So thank you

I've been taking my pets here for the past couple of years, and I've never had any negative experiences. I don't mind paying the little extra for the quality of care my pet gets, I always feel like the Dr.'s do a very thorough job. My cat recently had surgery and I love that there is always a staff member with my cat from beginning to end to make sure nothing goes wrong. The facility is great, I gave it a four b/c those wooden benches are really uncomfortable, especially when you have to wait for your appt time. This is a very busy clinic, but when your there they treat you very well :)

Dr. Rabelle is an excellent vet.I Have had cats for many years and they still surprise me with some strange ailment. He investigates, explains everything, gives options and advise. His clinic is always open to inspection, and I have always found it very clean, and the staff attentive to the cats and dogs in their care.I have five cats ranging in age from one year to six years, most of them disabled, all rescues, some without limbs, from either abuse or neglect. Dr.Rabell has treated each one with care, even though they want to tear out his heart by claws,claws, and teeth. Excellent vet and clinic.

Great staff but holy do we ever have to wait a long time too often. Sometimes okay, hey, emergencies come up but I suspect there may be some overbooking going on. Expensive too. I stay with them because the vets and staff treat and talk to me very respectfully and patiently.
