I have been taking my animals here for years. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to answer all of my questions, even over the phone. They inform me of everything that they are doing, and give me plenty of options for the care of my animals. The fact that I have added a large breed dog to the group has not been a problem. The vets and staff are more than capable of working with a large dog.

They are very sneaky, doing extra procedures that you didn't schedule, even when you tell them specifically that you don't want them...and then they charge you for it and expect payment in full on the spot. Very deceptive practice.
