My friend's dog was taken in for an allergy issue, and was carried by the doctor, because the dog wasn't breathing well, to the back for X-rays to look for fluid around the heart. The doctor told her before she took her back that they could possibly put the dog on heart medicine and diuretics, and she might live a few more years. Instead of carrying the dog to the front after the x-rays, The helper dragged the dog back by her neck, on the leash, and gave my friend the leash saying that the dog didn't want to walk back, then left. The dog collapsed, and my friend yelled for helped. The doctor took her back, and put her on oxygen. They said she could take her dog to the surgery center, but that the dog would probably not survive the trip, and suggested putting her to sleep, which my friend agreed to because the dog was dying. And they billed her. My friend called the owner who said she was sorry, and that the staff member who dragged the dog was one of her best workers.

We have two dogs and always get treated with courtesy, staff is friendly and caring. Our dogs receive excellent care. Their prices are reasonable and they don't ever try to 'oversell' services your dog doesn't need.

They used to be very good but quality of care went down. Even though they have more vets now, their open times haven't changed and it is hard to get an appt. I got some medicine and it was the wrong kind. When I asked about it I was told the person probably just wasn't paying attention.
