This clinic needs a way to record calls or notes from customers in order to avoid calling a customer "a liar". When they give results over the phone and are told to wait for a decision before moving forward, they should not proceed until they can confirm. They end up creating a trust issue with the clinic and client.

What a joke! Our family dog suffered several seizures due to sever dehydration while being boarded with walnut animal hospital. After 3 days of IV fluids, and a ridiculous bill we got to bring him home. Our dog was 100% healthy until he spent 3 days being boarded, Dr. Wright seems to think I am responsible for the bill. I don't understand how a trained vet can dehydrate a dog to the extent of seizures and not take responsibility for his carelessness.
