Horrible!!!! They are constantly racking up useless tests and medications on our bill, and didn't even care that another persons dog attacked and injured mine right in their lobby. Terrible place, horridly overpriced, even with a wellness plan. Avoid!

I brought my 7 month old dog because she was suffering vomits and diahrrea, and to enroll her in the wellness plan. I just got her from the animal shelter. The vet administered her vaccines, did a general checkup, and found that she was in excellent conditions. I inquired about her vomits and diahrrea, and she limited to tell me that she was not that dehidrated, and that I should keep offering her liquids. The next day, my dog was doing worse. Brought her again, and that's when the other vet told me that he wanted to test her for parvo and giardia. She tested positive for parvo. We asked them to treat her, but she died about 12 hours later. Have she received treatment on time, the outcome would have been different. The acted negligently by not testing her the first day, knowing that she was very young, adopted at a shelter, and was presenting symptoms that could be fatal in such a young dog. We were alsp expected to keep paying the wellness plan, or pay for services without discount.

I took some feral cats to the clinic for spay/neutering and the doctor cut off half of their ears and when I asked them not to do it because it can cause infections they told me to go somewhere else.

The staff is great! I like all the doctors I have seen there, they all seem to know what they're talking about. Everyone is friendly and their Wellness Plans save you so much money. I would DEFINATELY recommend this vet to everyone.
