This clinic is all about the money. We spent thousands here, and later on discovered that they had been overcharging us for prescriptions, and items marked "not for individual sale". It took 3 phone calls following up before they grudgingly refunded a small portion of our money. It was a very stressful time, especially as our pet had just died. I will never step foot in this clinic again.

I worked for Alf and Don over 20 years ago and I still think they are the best in the business. I was thrilled to have the chance to work with the best! Bonnie

Alf Burt has been my vet for almost as long as he's been in practice and I'll be sad to see him retire this year (but glad for him!). He is very caring and knowledgeable and has always kept his fees at a reasonable level (especially when I was out of work for a spell). A great guy! I have continued taking my cat there since moving to New Westminster four years ago because it is much less stressful for him to go to the same vet he has been going to for his entire life.

Dr. Alf Burt is retiring and the clinic has been bought by Brad Gilbert, who has Highlands Animal Hospital and Seymour Animal Hosp. in North Van. Not good news, as he's only out to expand, and make $$$. He's not even a good vet, and always has a turnover of staff.

Dr.Lepitre is a great vet!! love her she is fantastic with my cat, who lets face it is not over all happy about going outside his bed!! great knowledge and she does her homework aswell. Great staff very friendly!!
