I've brought both my rats and birds to the exotics doctor for a couple years now, and while he has always been helpful, I do feel the practice is about ten years behind the times. I had to fight to get the proper medicine combination for my sick rats, he treated their mite problem with an ivermectin injection (painful & dangerous), and they do not offer humane euthanasia for rodents (bad).

Dr. Yossi Koren-Roth has treated our Chinchillas a number of times and has been excellent every time!
