Dr. Ashley does not make appointments, it is first come-first served, which can be good if you have an urgent issue. She is very nice and probably fine with the basics, however she did not have any knowledge of kidney issues when my dog had kidney damage, and had zero suggestions for me. I had to go to a specialist farther away to learn that I needed to give certain supplements and also test my dog for treatable conditions. I would not go to her for anything beyond vaccines or other basics.
