The vet techs were kind and fit me in first thing in the morning without an appointment when my cat had some GI issues, but I left mid-appointment because the veterinarian was speaking rudely to the front desk staff, and I heard him practically yelling at someone on the phone saying, "if you had done what I asked, we wouldn't be having this conversation." It was unprofessional, and I felt very uncomfortable. It is one thing to have those conversations in private, but another to speak so sternly and loudly to staff that customers can hear it from exam rooms. Unfortunate experience.

Extremely knowledgeable vet. I do rescue and Dr Don has saved some really difficult problems. I just love these guys. I've been going here for 15 years.
