I have been going to this vet clinic for over 24 years, and through that time there have been a few different vets. All have been great, compassionate, caring, honest and never tried to 'sell' me anything. Started with Dr. Loomis, and continued through and have seen nearly all the vets. Now with Dr. Kramer who is the most amazing intelligent vet I know. I can say unequivocally that anyone who gives a poor review is either lying or a competitor (my guess).They ALWAYS get me in when I need to be seen with a pet and I have been happy with the staff and caring nurses. A+++ all around.

My ratings for this clinic are based solely on one specific veterinarian.She is gentle, kind & compassionate.Does her homework by researching other sources. Practices cost of containment for the sake of the client. I admire the fact that she will state if a procedure is more than she feels competent to perform. We used to love this vet. This last time we went, they were so insensitive. Our dog was sick and they just call and tell us she is dying and won't make it through the weekend. They then tell us there is no one in town that can perform the surgery she needs and want us to drive to Portland immediately. Come to find out from another vet there was a surgeon in town. They then also performed x-rays and charged us for them even after we had already paid for an ultrasound and asked them not to do the x-rays too. We switched to a different vet for a second opinion and they bad mouthed us to the vet that we disputed the x-ray charge. They are very unprofessional and I didn't feel that the vet was even caring at all regarding our dog. She is now on medication and doing well even after a week after we were told she wouldn't live a day or two!
