I was very unhappy with the way I was treated at this facility. The staff were extremely rude and repeatedly gave me false information when I tried to clarify their policies. I had a certificate entitling me to free spay and neuter services because I am low income and was clearly treated as a substandard client because of my economic status. I was even charged for services I never asked for and no one ever mentioned to me beforehand. When I tried to calmly stand up for myself I was hung up on and when I went to pick up the cats I was informed that I was no longer welcome there as a client even though I had two cats who needed follow up appointments to remove sutures. When I asked to speak with the Vet I was told he was in emergency surgery and I could not wait to speak with him. As I was leaving, I saw him standing in the next room. This Vet is extremely unprofessional and I highly recommend they be avoided at all costs!
