I was told my dog was in"constant pain"and needed surgery.I signed up for the year plan.After the surgery I was told "he was not in constant pain". After the surgery the same vet who had led me to believe that my dog was in " constant pain" said"well,he was not in constant pain-just uncomfortable"The office has said that I have used all the benefits up already but I still have to pay $37 a month(taken out of my credit card ea. month). They required my dog to have many tests,extra shots-he had no symptoms of needing them and I did not want them.I was told that they would give my cat his pill monthly for free but when I took the cat there the vet did not give him his pill because the cat scratched him.The dog cries in the parking lot every time (except for the first visit).Some of the staff are rude. The vet who misinformed me is very overbearing,not only to me but to the staff.I was told that I have to pay. The owner did not respond to the BBB.
