I only wish they handled humans as well, they're better than some doctors I've gone to over the years. The staff are accurate, professional, friendly and caring. The doctors are engaged and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions and explain not only what they were doing but why. They handled our cats with care and patience and while we had to wait a while a few times it was due to visits with other animals taking longer. I don't mind waiting for that! I really can't think of anything wrong to say about them. Excellent group of people.
