Front desk clerks in person and on the phone are always rude and quick with you. Depending on the doctor you get you might get a good check up for your pet. If you live in Eugene, Oregon and own a cat or a dog DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS LOCATION!!!

We have used their service for over 10 years. Recently, with newer vets there, the whole focus is now MONEY! After spending over $600.00 to get our new dog's atopic dermatitis diagnosed- they insisted they see our dog before re-filling her much needed medication (Atopica)- in essence refusing to fill her prescription when she needed it and was breaking out! Thankfully, we found a vet who will supply our loving dog her medication, and it's $20.00 less per box! We now realize they were even marking up her very expensive medication by $20.00 a box! We will never go back to them, and a warning to dog lovers- IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY WITH THEM! If you have the money- you can have this VET!! We'll take our business elsewhere!
