I brought my 2 month old puppy in there thursday night he was vomiting and had loose bowels. He started to get very lathargic, we took him in with in an hour of his symptoms. He got worse while we waited there for 4 hours for them to tell us nothing, his parvo came up negative twice. They asked for $150. After two more hours we were being sent home with medicine, they said it was $700. We talked about it with the vet, he started defecating bloody bowels, I lost it and told them to do something, they did nothing but ask for money. They sad he would be fine with these pills. The receptionist was disgusting and treated me like it was nothing. I had to put him down on Saturday because he had leptospirosis. After we left Pet ER, we rushed him to Falls rd Animal Hospital and they found it with in a few hours and treated him directly. If we would have taken him there first he would still be with us. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are there for money and that's it. We

I think whether this place is any good or not really depends on which vet you get. The last time I had an emergency with a cat that ended up having burns the vet had no idea what was going on, couldn't tell me anything, and they snuck is an extra 60$ charge that they didn't tell me about. In all I ended up spending 400$ for blood tests and clavamox. I felt that the vet was pretty incompetent and if I had an emergency I might still go there but I would request a different vet. Their emergency exam fee is also 110$, which is 20 - 30$ more than at the one in Catonsville, but they do have certain equipment Catonsville doesn't have.

I took my cat who had a heart problem there. I was happy with their service. I found them to be very friendly and honest. Of course, it did cost an arm and a leg.

My Dog got biten by a foster dog of mine and had a large whole in his armpit were he was bitten. I ran him there thinking they were reasonable priced and he needed help ASAP. After 3 hours and them wanting $900.00 to fix him . I took him to his regular vet and got better care and only paid $167.00 for everything. They are a ripoff artest and I will never take my pet there ever agian.

They're amazing. I had to take my two dogs there twice and it was money well spent. The facilities are immaculate clean. The front desk girls have a bit of attitude, but the medical staff is the best. Everything was explained to us in details and we were consulted about every step taken - we felt part of it. Your pet is in good hands.
