They are expensive. If you are short on funds and your animal is dying this is not the place to go. Instead of asking to get animal in for care they talk about other ways to pay for visit. Opening up credit to put my animal down is not an option.

This is not a hospital! 5 days to get lab results;treatment based on guesses;vets not aware of consumer reports of pets poisoned chronically/acutely by Purina Beneful & products. Said our food was fine. Frontier is in it for the money only. After research, per ASPCA website says vets must maintain records of all suspected food-related cases of vit. D toxicosis, includ. duration of feeding..Diagnosis will be based on history of exposure to high levels vit.D, presence of hypercalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, renal failure & high levels of vit. D in food.Incriminated food samples for vit.D analysis should be..labeled,..refrig..sent to lab for analysis.A complete necropsy should be requested if an animal dies of suspected vit. D toxicosis..For more information about vit. D toxicosis/hypercalcemia call ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center (888)426-4435.I think they failed to report but will confirm & if not will self-report.I believe my beloved dog would still be alive today if not for this place.

We were customers for 2 years. Outrageous prices & bad vet care & customer service made us leave. Anytime we had questions, we were treated as if we were bothering the vet & the assistants. They always choose the most expensive options vs. what is good for the health of the animal. The last straw was when our dog was taken there by a local doggy day care & the vet ran all these expensive tests without my knowledge or permission. I didn't even know my dog was there until I got a hang-up call from the vet's office & I called back thinking it was a mis-dial. The receptionist told me my dog was there and wouldn't give me any info. I had to leave work early to go to the vet & they made me wait 30 minutes before I finally threatened to call the police if they didn't give me my dog & tell me what this was all about. Then they had the nerve to bill me $200 for their unnecessary tests & exams over a non-threatening, non-emergency pre-existing condition the vet & I already knew about.
