Dr. Ivers is NOT a specialist and could not even tell me that my dog was blind when I took her in to get her eye examined. Because of this, and his lack to refer me to a specialist, my pup is blind in her left eye. I kick myself everyday for not knowing that specialists exist. HE SHOULD HAVE REFERED ME ELSEWHERE. Instead, he did ran unnecccessary blood tests $$$. I can't believe that people like this exist. I am sick over it.

Although they can be a bit pricey, isn't your pet worthy of a vet with 32+ years experience, up to date on cutting edge vet medicine plus a great bedside manner? Dr. IVERS is a good person, a great vet and cares deeply for all the critters who come to him in need of help!!!

WOULD TRUST MY ANIMALS WITH NO OTHER DOCTOR - OTHER THAN DR. IVERS!!! I have been going here since 2004 and every time, Dr. Ivers knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix my precious pets. He is a FABULOUS SKILLED SURGEON. His stute knowledge of the animals and illnesses is astounding to say the least. My pet's always leave feeling like a million bucks- don't know what their secret is but I appreciate it it and so do my special pets. Thanks a million Dr. Ivers - We love you, Cheetah, Kingsley, Kar Kar, P2 and Tres :-)

Its because of Doctor Ivers that we dared to adopted so many Pets, You LOVE your petâ??s this is the place you would love to go from Hospital to the Hotel & the Grooming also the Daycare, while Dr. Ivers has always been very reasonable, he take so much Pride and he does his work with diligence, he & his Staff have very good Heart, they are Amazing, Fantastic, Great, THEY ARE THE BEST. We had couple of emergencies and as always Dr. Ivers and his Staff took care of our Pets and comfort us at the same time.
On top of the excellent service you get at their place, the HOTEL and its Manager or staff are one group of people that you can feel comfortable to have your PET have their own little vacation by staying at this 5 Star PET HOTEL .
There are no words for the efficiency, honesty, care and Trust we have experienced personally for the past 6 years. ALL WE CAN SAY IS:

We just had to put our beloved Dog to sleep all because of the incompetence of DR. SCOTT IVERS
The nightmare began on Sunday February 1, 2009.
My Dog had been throwing up a brownish liquid type vomit for a few days.
I monitored his intake of food and thought it might pass.
Then that Sunday, there was blood in his vomit which forced me to panic.
Since it was Sunday, our regular Veterinarian was not available, so I took him to the closest “Animal Hospital” which to my mistake was the Crown Valley Animal Care Center.
I regret ever walking through those doors.
When I arrived, I was glad that there was a Vet on duty and he examined my Dog by feeling his abdomen and checking other vital signs.
I was then told that they wanted to run some X-rays and to return in one hour.
When I returned, I was immediately charged $500 for the Office Call, X-rays and tests.
The Dr. (Dr. Scott Ivers) told me that my Dog was Anemic and needed a Blood Transfusion and other tests and needed to spend th

Used to work here, they never clean and walls in kennel are constantly covered in urine. Receptionists are completely rude and stupid, and management is laughable. Dr is nuts, and also completely a horrible vet.

The services are excellent but way too pricey. I've come out with a bill of $700+ on several occasions. They never tell you what they are doing or charging until you get the bill at the end. I would not recommend them.

Can be very high priced. Vet's and techs are knowledgable, but receptionist not so much. Sometimes wait is way too long for an appointment.

Gave estimate of $600, ran the bill up to $4,000 without our approval, said our dog was doing great - died with 10 min of being release.

The one time I went to this facility, I was in shock at how rude and disrespectful the so called RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR (Lisa Sanchez)was, All the other people i delt with were at the least professional. I may go back when I hear that she has quit the facility.
