Love, love, love this place. Since it's 'cats only', my kitty wasn't nearly as stressed out as she has been elsewhere. The veterinarians have cats themselves, and know immediately if something doesn't look right. My kitty is overweight, and they put her on a diet that is definitely working. They contact me when it's time for her 'weigh-in'... something they DON'T CHARGE FOR! When I had my kitty's claws trimmed they asked if I'd like to have them teach me how to do it at home to save money. They took a picture of my cat, keeping it on file... and all receipts are printed out with her picture on it. Not necessary, but a nice touch. They also send out a monthly newsletter with information about illnesses, how to correct behavior problems, grooming tips, etc. No, I'm not an employee, or a relative... just a very satisfied customer.
