Very disappointed with the services. Will not be returning. Sun Valley veterinarian was a better experience for us.

My dog loves the staff and vets. Ask for Dr Wolfe, she is really listens to me and gives me lots of handouts.

We have always been pleased with vets and staff. I do some rescue work. When I need low-budget minimal care for my fostered pets I do alot myself but when my personal animals need something I go here. Rose for my cats. Kaylor when my dogs are sick. Glenn for surgery. They are not the cheapest in the area but they do all my personal animals.

The Dr.'s there are in and out! Don't take 5 minutes to say what they need and charge 5 arms and a leg. The staff look miserable I don't think I saw one of them smiling. I didn't have good expienences there with my cat or dog.

The best veterinary hospital we have been to since moving from northeast. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explains things. Have seen all 4 vets at least once and while I have my favorite, they all have been very sweet. You can tell they love their patients. Really nice, clean new building.

I have taken all my animals to IT for YEARS! I am an animal rescuer,so there have been MANY to be treated. We all got along great until 1yr ago.The more I spoke to Dr.Glenn, the more I was convinced he was upset with me about something, because he was so crabby. I have been taking my diabetic cat to his wife, who has always been a really wonderful doctor. My husband kept noticing that as soon as we got to know the staff, they were gone,so we figured there was something amiss in treatment of personnel.ONce they got into the new office, things changed in a hurry. The fees became outrageous.THey wanted almost $50.for a rabies shot.this is a state mandated vaccine&they should not charge for anything but the shot.We switched 12animals to Waxhaw, but kept my diabetic cat at IT.I called to order his insulin & Dr.Glenn insisted that I change his brand,& with it,I had to buy the needles there too. When I asked ?'s re:new insulin, he was VERY disrespectful 2 me.There is a lot more, but I am out of room.

My comment pertains to Dr. Glenn. I have heard from other about him but thought I would try to see if I could get him to crop my dobermans ears. I had a consultation with the Dr. Glenn since he was the close and cropped dobies ears. The Dr. was very arrogant but said he would do my dobies ears. I because of price got my dobie baby shots at another local vet due to the inflated cost at Indian Trail vet. After doing so I had my vet fax over the proper documents showing the up to date vaccines the dobie recieved. Dr. Glen then called me the day before the sugery letting me know that he could not crop my dobies ears. He would not come out and say why but I know it's because he did not get the money for the shots my puppy received. I have never in my life met a Doctor or Vet who was as arrogant as Dr. Glenn. Dr Glenn treat me very poorly as I have heard from others as he treated them and his employees. I would not recommend this vet to anyone as I will report him to the BBB also..

I have brought every animal, including my mothers there for everything they needed for the last 12 years. The owner(Dr.) always saw me personally and thoughly went over everything. Right before they moved the owner(DR.) started to push me off on another Dr. whom I didn't like and after seeing him twice could never get another appointment with my orignal owner(Dr.). Then right before they moved to there no facitlty they started raising their prices. Now that they are in a new building, Their prices tripled I can't even aforred to get my dogs nails clipped there. My dog who has gone there since she was a puppy,(now 12), always had her nails clipped when she went never a problem. Last time I heard her cry and whine, and after they brought her back to me would not leave my side and started shaking when the tec. came back in to hand me some papers and tell her bye. That had never happened before. The staff are arroagant, and not helpful or freindly. I wouldn't recomend them!

Indian Trail Animal Hospital has a really great new office with very modern equipment. Somewhat on the pricey side and some of their vet techs are less than curteous and sometimes get short-tempered with your pet. After visiting there twice, I have chosen to take my pets to another veterinarian. I would not board my pets there, as they are put in small cages and only taken out twice a day for VERY short walks.
