If only we could give negative stars. Sent my son in with my dog to get her shots up to date and a nail trim. She's a 10 year old, lazy, fat husky. They conned him into blood work to test her thyroid, totally unneeded. Guilt tripped him into two kinds of meds, one that could potentially kill her, and ridiculously expensive dog food, also unneeded, she eats very high end food already. When I called to find out what was going on they waited until after he paid and left to return my call, even though she was in talking to him at the time of my call. Their only argument was that my son was of age and said the dog was his. Apparently that excuses this bs. Not once did she give me a valid reason for any of the tests or meds. I pointed out to her that the only advice my son needed was to get off his lazy butt and walk the dog he begged for. I've since talked with friends who ALL conclude that Grove is scandalous. ALL have been taken advantage of by them.

Grove is such a wonderful, caring facility! I have taken my pets there for many years, and have always had excellent service and care. The staff is caring and kind, the building is clean, rarely smells of animals somehow! They are often busy, so I have had to wait to be seen from time to time. I will never take my babies any where else!

Very caring people- unfortunately, they do not have overnight/weekend emergency services, something we are lacking at the Coast. Dr. Fineman has been around for years and still cares about the people and the pets-whether it's routine questions to be answered ,an emergency, or euthanasia-he is kind and patient.
