"Dr" Phylis L. Thies came in with an attitude stating that I called her staff 'retarded'. I did not do this. I had stated in the lobby that I did not care to set my rabbit on the scale outside of her carrier, the tech stated it needed to be done. I stated out loud "This is retarded! I was angry BECAUSE THEY HAD ALWAYS WEIGHED HER IN HER CARRIER NOT EXPOSING HER TO THE WAITING ROOM FULL OF DOGS! "Dr" Phyllis Thies came in with an attitude that I verbally abused her staff and called the tech a retard. The tech is obviously deaf! When I defended myself as anyone FALSELY accused would do, she stares me down and re-states that she will not tolerate verbal abuse. When I began to reiterate, she asks if I would like another vet to which I state an emphatic "ABSOLUTELY!" She LOUDLY proceeds to tell the dr. next door she can't tolerate my verbal abuse. So he opens the door and doesn't come in as if I'm some sort of psycho. Never again will these quacks take care of my rabbit. Skip this hag!

Human doctors could only aspire to be this good. The doctors and staff are caring and the prices are reasonable. I have brought all my pets from hamsters to ferrets to dogs to cats to them for years and hope to continue to do so for years into the future.

Very few vets treat exotic animals (guinea pigs, hedgehogs, rabbits, etc.) This place has two excellent vets who treat exotics and other vets who treat dogs, cats, etc. I wouldn't use any other clinic.
