I always end up waiting in the lobby for at least 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Sometimes an hour. The assitant spends 10 minutes asking questions and then the vet comes in and spends 10 minutes telling me that he doesn't know what is wrong with my pet. Then I am rushed to the lobby where I have to wait another 20 minutes for the bimbos up front to get my bill from the doctor. Alot of time spent waiting, not much time spent on my animal.
