I've now had two bad experiences with these vets. I spent over a thousand dollars each on two different cats to be told they didn't find anything/no diagnosis. Most recently, after bringing my beloved cat in for lethargy, they convinced me they had to do abdominal surgery to find an obstruction. They found nothing! The surgery caused pancreatitis and a long stay at an emergency vet clinic with a fear my cat wouldn't make it.

I've had mixed luck here. Generally friendly staff but not much help in diagnosis of joint problems with a lab after spending several hundred dollars in xrays. Had bad luck with a limping dog brought in for examination. The dog was sedated and the paw was examined nothing found but again over a $100 vet bill. 3 days later I pulled a 1 INCH thorn from the dogs paw. I was NOT very happy with that. NO offer of apology. The vet said "I told you there might still be something in there that I didn't find!"
