If you have a dog or cat and it has a emergency for get going here not only will you be be charged for ena e r visit you will also be charged a office visit .This was just terrible .My dog was in great pain and suffering ,I called had to wait 45 minutes to get a call back early am hour's . I also was seen for about 5 minutes no exam was performed had to put my dog down I knew this before I went their .I was billed over 198.00 to my surprise during my grief of my dog . I called about the bill was said I had not brough my dog in to the vet for over 6 month's so they charged me a office vist .I have not paid this bill as to what do you think was fair .making up a charge that was not performed .I would say no I was going to this vet for year's until this happend end of june 2010.my name is Joe martinez and I say never bring your beloved animal to this vet ever .go to bend or tumalo vet's.they don't double charge and have been excellent with my other dog's.thank's.
