I wish I could give 5 stars for the rest of the staff, apart from the receptionist, because they are fantastic and caring. The receptionist answers medical questions without asking those with training/degrees, and as a healthcare professional myself, I think this is negligent and dangerous. Aside from that, ALL of the doctors and techs there are WONDERFUL!! They are gentle, kind, patient, and genuinely listen to owners and pets. I was nervous about my dog's first experience with anesthesia, and they called me back to calm my fears, answer my questions, and share detailed surgical info in medical terms with me, no questions asked. They are a little pricey, but it's 100% worth it for the service you get. Dr. Mehta himself is a wonderful man, and so far as I can tell, he is very honest. The clinic is very clean and professional.

I have taken my cats and dogs to this clinic for several years so I've had good and not so good experiences. Overall I rate this facility as very caring and thorough.I would recommend making appointments with the full-time vets,who have established their practices there and NOT with veterinary interns.Unfortunetly, they were the reasons for my "not so good" experiences.

This clinic is very pathetic! they left a kitten to die and refused to just look at it and see if it could be saved. The vets left my dog sit in waiting room for 1.5 hours in PAIN due to emergency, while they gave cats shots. very UNCOMPASSIONATE facility!!!
