I dropped my dog off here to board him for 5 days. When I checked him in at the front desk, I gave the woman a paper from my vet showing he had his bordetella shot. The woman behind the desk said to me, "Can I keep this?". I said yes. I had gotten it for them to keep with his records. When I picked him up 5 days later, I had been charged for the vaccine. I was furious. I had specifically given them a paper saying he had the shot and now they had subjected my poor dog to an unnecessary shot and additional unnecessary medication. I asked to speak to a nurse who was so incredibly rude, it was ridiculous. She spit at me that she was "told" to give my dog the shot acting like she was blameless never mind the fact that there was no communication between their front desk and the medical staff. I will never take my dog here again. If they can botch something simple like this, I don't want to take a chance and have them make a more serious mistake with my family's dog. Don't go here
