DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. This facility almost killed my dog by missing the fact that she had pancreatitis and performing surgery that put her in even worse shape. She had bladder stones that would have needed to come out at some point, but not right then. Then they charged us $563.00 more than their highest estimate without permission. When my wife disputed the bill, they discharged our dog without medication that we had to go and get at CVS several hours later. That night she cried in horrible pain and had to be rushed to an emergency clinic the next morning where she spent the next three days, and accrued a $3,000 bill. The emergency clinic saved her life, but it was completely unnecessary if she had gotten the proper treatment first instead of the incorrect diagnosis from an inept vet. I'll be reporting them to the state veterinary review board and taking them to court.

I had an horrible experience at this vet office. They were my vet for 7 years. I took my dog in on an emergency after beign released from an emergency vet. She had squeezed out under our fence during firworks on the 4th of July. The overnight vet at a different facility said she had damaged her left lung. It was bruised, but with vet care should mend fine. The vet was to take air pockets that form when bruising off of the lung with a needle. I took Sassy here, to our vet. A new vet was on call, July 5, 2011. They were to monitor her and release her at 5:00. I called at noon to check and they told me Sassy died of a heart attack. I immediately pulled my other dog's records because something was "fishy" here. The front desk also gave me Sassy's records. I found out that the vet stuck Sassy in a cage and did not check on her for THREE hours. She died. I wrote a letter and NO ONE replied or apologized. $800 bill and they killed my dog. I have heard other bad stories as well. BEWARE
