Great care! Very compassionate, good bedside manner, great sense of humor. Cares for the pet AND the owner. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We have been severely overcharged for the care of our animals. The secretary is absolutely rude and abrupt and treats people like crap on the phone. I used to adore Dr. Fenchyk until the level of care we started receiving was getting more and more substandard. I would take in paperwork from my breed club asking for specific medications that were not known to harm the breed and he would roll his eyes at me and ask me why I felt I knew more than him. I asked for a limited vaccine protocol, since my breed of dogs is very sensitive to them, and I took in the suggested schedule, written by the top expert in the US and he berated me to the point I felt like crying. The last emergency we had I was made to feel like I was wasting his time and felt very rushed to get out. All in all I am extremely disappointed in how downhill the service here has gotten, and I now take my pets elsewhere.

Dr. Fenchak saved the lives of two of my pets over the years. He really cares and has always been there for me no matter what! I wish he wasn't married!
