Click to report rating    3/25/15   2     2     3     2   I lost 2 precious pet due to negligence at this animal hospital. The one vet tech and the one male vet made several mistakes with my pets and now They are gone. I am devastated by my loss. I am so disappointed in the events that occurred here that led to the devastating demise of my 2 pets. A few of the other vets here knew what had happened but the owner/male vet of this hospital would have never accepted responsibility. The vet tech and two makes involved with the loss I suffered didn't care. I did appreciate the honesty and compassion shown to me by Dr. Genova. I wish she would start her own practice. I would help her get clients! RID: 56402

6/25/14   1     4     4     3   My husband and I took our 10 week old puppy here for his first vet visit. I had been here previously with another pet and always had a great experience; however, this visit did not go well. Our puppy was a little anxious at the vet, given this was his first time. Many new smells for him. Unfortunately, the vet and vet tech did not help the situation at all. Both of them went right up to him and the vet tech grabbed his collar and neck skin and twisted it firmly to hold him still. Naturally, he started squirming. I politely asked the vet tech to not hold onto his collar so tightly. I could see a huge gap between his collar and neck at this point. He was clearly uncomfortable being restrained in such a forceful manner. The vet spoke up right away and said the vet tech has been doing this for 12 years and knows what she's doing. Again, I stated that he seems uncomfortable and anxious because he typically is anxious anyways in new situations. We told them we had been "practicing" vet exams RID: 52256
