Attitude of people at this clinic is horrible. My very elderly dog started having seizures and the end time had come. I called them at 450 PM, that it was an emergency that the dog needed to be euthanize. The lady on the phone told me the vets had left for the day, gave me an appointment for two days later and told me to take the dog to the Rossmoyne Emergency Vet center if she needed to be euthanized. At 330 am, had to take her there because she was having violent seizures. She was euthanized there. Elizebethville had the nerve to call me the next day to see when I wanted to bring my other dog in for his appointment. I hung up on them. I have a new vet and couldn't be happier. Stay away from these people. For 10 years they were the vet for all of my animals, when my pet and I REALLY needed them.. they couldn't be bothered.

The staff and veterinarian have horrible personalities. The vets complain if your dog barks and overcharge for services provided. I would never take any of my pet to this facility again.

Our family has been using this place for many years, mostly because we didn't know any better. For animal care you could go to much worse places yet the prices charged are ridiculous, supposedly to discourage people from owning "too many" animals. In the past it wasn't uncommon for my parents to come home with some items and medications our pets didn't even need or to have some odd, poorly explained "emergency" come up during spaying or neutering that we would off course be asked to pay for. This place loves money to a fault and they aren't very good at hiding their intention to gouge you for what they can get away with. Caveat emptor.
