No professionalism rude and think they can talk to you any kind of way Sorry not this dog mama I’m the wrong one when it comes to my prince pup you better know he’s a spoiled well loved family member and mama do t play you can’t bully me cause I’ll come right back at you. These people need schooling of what a professional vet practice looks like this is not Jr high it’s the real world so this Oma e had earned one star and that’s being kind

Dr. Saint John is condescending and automatically assumed that she knew what was wrong with our dog without ruling out any other possibilities. She turned out to be wrong with her hasty diagnosis. She is incredibly arrogant. Sprowls is great but because of our bad experience with Dr. Saint John we will be taking our dog to a new vet.

Staff is not nice to certain dogs with behavioral issues, they seem rough with my dog especially. Also, once you get into the waiting room it takes over 30 to 40 minutes for the doctor to see us and it's just a drag. The dog is already frustrated that we are at a place he hates and on top of that they accelerate the frustration by making us wait.

If you are looking for incompetent vets who misdiagnose, don't answer your questions and don't care about your beloved pets, then gah is the place for you. Sprowls is unprofessional and sarcastic. She rushes you in and out with no info at all. Ummm why does the website say nutritional counceling and preventive healthcare? That's just false advertising. St.John is not as arrogant as Sprowls but she's incompetent and wishy washy. She has extremely poor communication skills and will lie right to your face. You need to know the right questions to ask in order to get any info out of her.Gah is apparently run by manikins just going through the motions. I recommend their staff take a field trip to Stoney Creek Animal Hospital to see how an animal hospital should be run. Maybe they would learn how to simply talk to people with compassion and respect and help people make the best choices for their pets health. These two facilities are like night and day! I will never take a pet to gah again.

went with a friend to check the place out since i recently moved and needed a new vet, to start the techs and doctors were amazing and that being said i still had to give one star since before the appt even started the receptionist decided to diagnose my friends dog with stomach and intestine problems, and then recommend buying some kind of food for him. Needless to say he is fine after some medicine. And then when we left she told us that the reason she gave us the wrong information was because she is bipolar and depressed and her meds dont seem to be working(and she was completely serious no less). Not what I am looking for in a vets office staff. I left with a bad taste in my mouth so, pretty much dont go if there is a girl named stephanie working or at least make sure you dont tell her about your animal. I will be finding a different vet. And have urged my friend to do the same. Sorry
