Very disappointed with the care given to my lab. My wife took my dog in for a 12:10 pm appointment stating that he was walking and chasing a ball 24 hours earlier. She explained that we walked our 12 year old lab and even threw a ball for him prior to going to our families house for an early Thanksgiving get together. When we returned 7 hours later our lab could barely stand let alone walk. He would just stand still like he couldn't or was afraid to move. The staff had to take him in on a stretcher. My wife explained he wouldn't eat or drink. After an exam, bloodwork and chest and hip x-rays Dr. Hahn (sp) sent my wife home with a RX for pain pills and anti-inflammatory pills stating x-rays showed slight arthritis. My wife returned home with our pet and filled his Rx. He would take his pills or any other food. I went to bed about 11pm that night. When I awoke the next morning, my pal and beloved family pet was dead on the living room floor. $500.00 and my dog was dead 12-17 hours later.

Dr Clements is direct and honest with pet owners. He provided us with multiple options for treatment of or dog with cancer and the expected outcomes. He helped us make many difficult choices and supported our decisions.
