I have been bringing my puppy here since she was 8 weeks old. The staff knows me and my puppy by voice when I call and always is courteous and professional. They really go out of their way to help and make me feel valued. When my puppy needed certifications to fly on short notice, they fit us in and gave us everything we needed. When she ate some of the recalled food, they went above and beyond what was the minimum standard to give me piece of mind. I feel that I can always call and never be given the run around but be listened to each time. I trust them with my animals life, which I think is the most you can ask for.
