The staff: Bobbie is beyond rude, dismissive, and lazy. She should be kept as far from clients as possible and is one of the reasons I stopped going there. Sue, on the other hand is a delight. Willing to help, kind and compassionate. The facility itself is ok for yearly check-ups. The price that you get charged though is really too much for what you get. Punctuality is hit or miss but I appreciate a Dr that spends enough time with each pt. and answers questions. The Dr. adds a lot of things to the bill and Bobbie is so rude if you ask for explanations.

I have NEVER left feedback for anyone online before, however, I was compelled to leave this message because I felt it was important for anyone seeking an OUTSTANDING vet and staff to learn about my experiences with Hillsdale Animal Hospital.
I moved to Hillsdale a few years ago, and after having the same vet for over 15 years, I was not sure I would find another loving, caring vet again. My dogs (Maltese) are my “furry babies” and are as important to me as family, so you can be sure I would never bring them anywhere or leave them in the care of anyone that I did not feel 100% comfortable with.
Since moving to the area and transferring over to the Hillsdale Animal Hospital, Dr. Fisher has been providing health care for my dogs, including general checkups and teeth cleanings, etc , and I am truly amazed over the amount of LOVE and CARE my pets have received from this doctor and his staff. One of the things I most appreciate are the calls I receive when my dogs are in his care, a

I was recommended to Hillsdale animal clinic and it was the worst mistake I ever made. I am posting this so no one makes this mistake like I did. I was given a death sentence for my 5 yr old dog, who was very,, very ill and today thanks to mainly my own research she is thriving. The office mananger & staff, and DR were more concerned about getting their money than any type of care. I was up front about my financial situation, and asked if I could pay some of the costs over a few weeks, but they wanted everything at time of service. This was thousands of dollars. The Dr was not knowledgeable & unapproachable, every call was screened by his staff, and they would point blank be nasty, if I called more than 1x in a day, ( my dog was VERY SICK) They overcharged me for medicines I got there, were uncaring & cold. I would never want anyone to get this treatment. Beware.

Dr. Fisher and his staff are the most compassionate group which I have ever met. I have a dog who is quite difficult and Dr. Fisher and his staff make every accomodation to help treat him. I would never go or trust anyone else, unless of course he needed some type of major surgery. Dr. Fisher has helped many of my pets including my guinea pigs. He is a truly devoted vet and animal lover. I would never reccomend anyone else. Dr. Fisher does his job out of love and devotion to animals. He is truly the best!

Dr. Fisher is the best vet I have worked with and I have been to several in Northern NJ. He does a wonderful job and so does his staff.
