I had a poor experience with the negative attitude of both the female doctor, front staff, and director. They are willing to comply with your requests and listen to concerns, but if they are unhappy with your wish to change doctors, even those on the front desk make it apparent you are not welcome. I wish I would have discontinued going there after the first negative experience.
