You go in the first time- they try to sell you Trupanion insurance. The doctor told me there was no pre-exisitng conditions and any future sicknesses would be covered. I took my dog after 3 years to get surgery and the insurance declined. Said that the doctor stated on his file that there was a preexisting condition, when he explicitly told me there were no issues. So what he does, is he sells me the insurance says there are no preexisting conditions, and when my dog is sick, Im stuck. Front staff never get my name right. Oh they charged me 100 for cleaning my dogs ear. The lady constantly throws and services and products at you that are not needed. At one point, the asian lady doctor wanted to get a radiologist and x rays for my dog after I tell her I was insured. Then the next day the male doctor phones me and tells me that its not needed. The 2 doctors contradict each other and I'm a stuck with a situation on where I can't make an informed decision based on conflicting opinions.

I highly recommend Point Grey Veterinary Clinic. They are so good to my 2 cats and are always there to answer my questions

I was thrilled to find this clinic. My dog & cat both have received excellent, very thorough care, the support staff is friendly and the clinic is very clean.

We have used Point Grey Clinic for 6 years and I feel that it is the BEST clinic we have ever used. Fraser is a great Dr. and his staff equally good.Exceptionally good at follow up after an appointment, I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent followup service, but more importantly in our experience they are on top of the latest developments. I.e. vaccines to which our animals have allergies (but did not experience an allergic reaction at WPG Clinic because of the research done and the vaccine provided). Also, excellent dental treatment was given. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and we've had many animals...

it was our first visit today for our 8 year old dog. Our previous vet retired. Punctual, courteous staff. Dr. fraser was truly excellent - i did not feel rushed and he explained everything in lay terms. Our dog has never had such a thorough exam -- we wanted an introductory baseline exam. Very impressed and glad our dog has been accepted into their practice. The receptionist's approach was calm and greeted us in a professional, polite manner. Easy to find parking close to the clinid

Dr. Mike is very practical and would never over diagnose. Our dog is a senior and has been coming here for about 3 years now. He has always offered practical advice and solutions. I would highly recommend his services. His staff is very good as well.
