dirty facility w/dirty staff that are rude and cannot be bothered. constant up-selling during the visit. would never recommend.

I was told my kitten had earmites but vet did not treat them. He knew I had more cats at home and now they are all infested with them, one running a fever. Was going to send me home without worming med, telling me to use a different litterbox. Paid a lot of money for FIV test and taking temperature. Very unclean facility that needs to be remodeled. Will never go back!
