I had to report this vet to the BBB because they would not respond to my letters, emails or voicemails asking for help with a prescription they gave me for my dog. They never responded to the BBB or myself earning them a negative rating from the BBB for non-response within a reasonable amount of time. Instead of apologizing and moving on, they doubled down and blamed me. Meanwhile, they have no answer for the question, "Why didn't you respond to my hand delivered letter?". Overall, a super frustrating experience with a very angry office manager. See BBB for details.

The staff at Lincoln Highway Veterinary Clinic were very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I took my dog in today for shots, and they did all that they could to make sure she was comfortable. Dr. Lewis answered all of my questions and took as much time needed to do so. Dixie was scared during the visit, but by the time we were leaving, she walked over to Dr. Lewis to say bye (even gave a tail wag)! I thank Dr. Lewis and the rest of the staff for making this such a great experience! We will definitely be back for future needs.
