The front desk seems to think they are the customer. They need to improve customer service skills. The Vet. Themselves some are friendly where others are more sales oriented and want to give my pets different preventative med. Or procedures. There is no warm fuzzy feeling in that office. I missed an appt not intentionality, the girl was very abrasive with me. Wanted to know why I missed the appt. Told me they had to turn away other patients due to my missed appt. I did forget the appt. But if u want to continue to treat customers that way word will travel very quickly. U almost feel like they are paying u to come there. Just not a good atmosphere.
