Staff is very compassionate to your needs. Over the years we always had two dogs and had to have several that were old and sick put to sleep. When I called for an appointment they always set it for when they didn't have anyone else there with a pet. I would be met by several of the staff who took me into a private area. After explaining everything to me they then allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted with my dog. When I was ready they came in and did the injection and within seconds my pet was out of misery. After time for composure they would wrap the dog nicely for me to take it home. We always buried them ourselves in our back yard. The first time we left our Brownie there to be cremated the next day. After thinking things over we went back and left a note on the door explaining not to do anything with him because we wanted to take him home. In the morning we took him home and started our pet cemetery. Several days later we received a sympathy card signed by staff.
