Took dog in for treatment. The staff was good and nice and the place was okay, but something doesn't seem right about the way the doctor handled the pricing. He speculated on every single detail and added it to the bill. At the time it seemed to be normal and procedure; but when I asked another client about the price he paid on the same procedure he told me a pretty decent total price, when I had paid over four times that ammount. What it comes down to is: I would say he takes advantage of people who show what he considers a vulnerability of loving their pets.

My cat had surgery around the cheek area,had to stay for observation.Went to visit and was told that when fed they took the collar(which shouldnt have been taken off at all,could eat with it on)off,left unsupervised she stratched and riped out the stitches.Day I went to take her home,was told that they had taken off the collar again and she stratched a second time,had to be restitched.Went back a week later,Dr. Kumar said that the stiches didnt take,then cut the whole area of her cheek off,it was so raw and open.Was told to clean it myself at home.kept taking her for three weeks,each time told everything looked good.Took her to another vet,was told she had a bad kidney infection,there was nothing they could do.I believe that infection was caused by the open wound the doctor sent her home with,and from them letting her scratch.I wish I had the money to take legal action.Do not take your pets here,if not for their safty and health,then for the memory of my cat. -Jennifer Palfy
