Have been going to Dr. Orser for about 15 years now. Have always been pleased with my pets appointments. I have had my cat for 8 years now, as a male, and was very disturbed and upset to here that my cat is actually a female. My cat has been at this office atleast four times before for regular visits and was not told back then, at one years old, that my cat was not a MALE! I was not impressed by this lack of diagnosis. With something so simple as that it makes me question what really important things are being missed! Also, when I booked my appointment weeks ago, I was given a verbal estimate by the receptionist as to how much an exam and vaccinations were going to cost. On that appointment day it ended up costing more that quoted on the phone. The receptionist didn't seem to care when I told her what I was quoted. Overall was not impressed with the whole appointment. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere next time as was not happy at all!!

One of my worst experiences with my beloved pet.Booked the appointment to put our dog to sleep, had a large tumor that was non operative terminal cancer. He took a turn for the worst quickly, couldn't walk eat, drink or go on his own to the washroom. We made the decision to put him down and at peace. There was no contact with us, and didn't even tell us what to expect or even the procedures that would take place. im so horrified about the whole experience that i wanted to share, please, please meet with the family and go over the details and make sure they know what to expect...my poor dog was having so much anxiety, crying and even barking ...trying to get over to me to be near me but couldn't get up...he was so nervous and scared and nobody had even talked to us at all...to explain how it works... i was so devastated and could not get in to my car....they didn't give him anything to calm him down...he yelped and cried as the vet shoved the needle into him as we had to hold him down

My little 10lb chihuahua mix was attacked on our property by a Coyote recently and needed to see a vet on a Sunday when my usual vet wasn't open. My dog wasn't bleeding, rather puncture marks on the neck where it tried to grab her but they got me in within an hour to make sure she was OK.
Dr. Lauren Martin was the vet we saw and she absolutely amazing. She explained what happens in these types of attacks and what the plan would be over the next 48 hours.
The facility itself is super clean and bright with natural light and there is coffee, juice and water while you wait. One my second visit they even made me a coffee and served it to me!
The front staff are crazy friendly and everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing. Price wise I think they are pretty much the norm and there were no surprises.
Dr. Martin will now be our new vet and already made an appointment to take my German Shepherd into see her for her yearly checkup. Thanks again Aloutte Animal Hospital.

I have had 3 dogs to this clinic over the period of 15 years and the doctors and staff have been absolutely wonderful, there have been several vets gone through this facility that I would recommend and they have gone on to own their own pratice and I would take my dog or cat to any of them but Dr.Mike Orser is the best as far as I am concerned.

I had been hearing things that weren't very comforting but decided to give Dr. Orser another chance. My husband took our cat in not knowing anything of what I had heard. When he came home he was appalled at how uncaring, cold and uninterested he seemed about our concerns. We will not ever return to this clinic.

took my furbaby (LG RIP) there after another vet almost killed her & Dr. Orser fixed her right up and she lived for another precious 1 1/2 yrs. The staff sometimes don't acknowledge you on arrival but the care & compassion far exceeds the fact of a hello. A friend's cat had an emergency (after a cheaper vet messed him up more then he was before) & we were ushered into a room before we could get all the way in the door! With other vets I have gone too in the last 20+ years this one is fantastic. It's expensive but I believe you do get what you pay for. All our furbabies present & future will be going here.

The staff is always very nice and they go out of their way to be kind and compassionate. The facility is really nice, they have obviously gone to a lot of effort here. The doctors are usually running behind but I didn't have to wait when I had an emergency with my dog. They are more expensive but I trust them completely with my fur-family so I'm happy to pay knowing that they love my pets and that they are safe!
