Appointment times not adhered to. Wait can be anywhere from 15-45 min. Communication lacking bet. office staff and doctors. Office staff is pleasant but clueless. Vet techs intake is thorough but no follow thru on information taken, ie instructions are not followed. 24 hours open is excellent. Only in extreme emergencies do they talk to you. Explanation for procedures on surgeries is lacking. Physical therapy is awesome! Physical therapist is excellent in communications.

Staff is compassionate toward pets , the animals' prognosis is given honestly,. Clean facility, 24 hour licensed techs and ther is at least one DVM at all times
