Dr. Davis is really great, too bad she works here!! Before they became VCA they were a good place to go, but not now... First and foremost and very important: This office does not really care about your pet. They only care about getting your money. They will NOT treat your pet unless you can pay the total bill for services immediately. Does not matter how sick your pet is or what treatment is needed,$800 or $2500, you better be able to pay that bill on the spot or no treatment will be done. And if you want to make 2 payments, because you do not own a credit card, forget it. You and your sick pet will be sent packing. And be told " we require payment in full at time of services" repeated like a broken record. What I hear is "We really don't care about you or how sick your pet is, if you can't fill the cash drawer right now, go home". I have moved all my animals to Camp Hill. Wonderful vet, very nice, effieient staff. Never ever again will I go to VCA West Shore for anything.
