Highly disappointed with this vet experience and I will NOT go back. My cat had diarrhea and vomit for a day and had become severely dehydrated. My previous vet, who I trusted, recently moved so I was wary to begin with. Immediately they wanted to do 100 different tests, x-rays, the gamut. Look, as a human I've had a stomach bug before & never needed x-rays! I thought that and a lot of the other things were excessive and told them so which they were not happy about and tried to pressure me into them which I didn't appreciate. They took my cat back to give her some shots and fluids and the vet yelled at me because she freaked out and scratched them. She's a cat, what do you EXPECT?!? Then they brought her out to me in an aquarium full of my cats urine- she was so scared she peed herself. Despite all this the price for everything was higher than I am used to and when I asked about the blood work the vet said her blood work was "decent" and then wouldn't go into detail. "Decent?!?" What??

This is the best vet I have seen in close the 25 years of having pets. On my first visit with my puppy they informed me of the generic line of medications to save money. Vet's are like human doctors with regard to prescription medication; they are given incentive to prescribe the name brand medications. When this vet's practice offered me low cost generic I knew he was going to be the family vet from that day forward. I have my senior mother of 70 years old taking her two pets to this vet. They have a program for senior citizens for discounted fees. I can't say enough, how pleased I am with the service, the programs they offer for military personnel, fire, rescue, police & teachers. You can't beat the time and attention your pet will receive.

i think the staff is wonderful/dr ansede listens and doesn't talk down to you. everyone is helpful and appreciates questions. they also will answer your questions, or if they can't will find a way to get the answer.

The place is a little older but don't let that stop you. The vet, Dr. Ansede, is very knowledgable and polite. His staff also showed exceptional customer service. I also was very impressed with the value and am trying to convince my friends to take their dogs there as well.

For great care, whether surgery or just boarding, this is a good place. But, don't ask for bathing, they do a horrible job. The staff is very kind and their rates are super. My dog was always well taken care of and they don't try to guilt-trip you into getting services or meds that you really don't need. The staff is so knowledgeable and give loads of helpful advice.
