They did unneccessary dental work on my rabbit, costing hundreds of dollars and possibly causing the reason i now have to trim his teeth every month b/c they are our of alignment. They never offered to teach me how to care for his teeth and charged over $40 each visit, even for just 5 minutes of their time to do one snip of his front tooth! (another local vet only charges $12 for MUCH better service and knowledge). I will NEVER take another animal here. Staff are unfriendly and rude when you question unexpected charges such as a "disposal" charge of $5 for them to throw out his tooth trimmings! Plus they charge $12 for a "hospital stay" even when he doesn't stay overnight. They caused more harm than good to my little bunny..now his teeth are misaligned for good b/c of their unneccessary molar trims.
