Dr. Michael Tierney is the most knowledgeable Vet around. He will never suggest tests that are not absolutely needed. He spends as much time as you need. You can call him 24/7. I have 7 dogs now and he has treated them all. He will ask you so many questions to try to determine the problem with your dog. He treats from the inside out. He doesn't just prescribe drugs and give shots. He is very concerned with trying to get to the bottom of your pet's problem. He will call you to followup to see how your pet is doing. He is an amazing Vet. He has cured my dogs and some of my client's dogs where their Vets couldn't. Not all of my client's ventured to Pa. to see him. My clients would call me after their visit with Dr. Tierney and rave about him to me.
