I choose to take our new kitten to this clinic because of all the great reviews. My experience doesn't even merit one star but that's the least I could give. We arrived for our appointment five minutes early. After waiting half an hour and seeing a couple patients go back to a room that arrived after we did, we questioned the receptionist if we would be called back soon as we had somewhere to be shortly. She checked in the back and informed us "she is almost finished with her patient, it will be just a few minutes." We continued to wait another 15 minutes and questioned the receptionist again about when our appointment time was and how much longer it would be. She went to the back again and then told us "the doctor was running 15 minutes behind. (To be correct the doc wasn't 15 minutes behind she was 45 and soon to be an hour if we waited). We can either wait another 15 or schedule another appointment." At that point, four patients that had arrived AFTER us had already went

I have used this clinic for my dogs and cats. I find each time that the staff is thorough, kind, and very good with all of my pets, even the most skiddish. The vets always have taken time to explain proceedures and costs upfront. I have never felt pressured by them to have additional "things"done. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Caring hearts is the BEST place to take your pet! My 11yr old pit crossed over in their Room of Life. It is a beautiful room, and no rushing was involved. The vet explained what to expect and she went peacefully. Now I have a new Puppy and the staff along with the vet staff love and care so much for him. My vet (the owner) complimented me on how well I'm doing with Digit who was born with 3 paws and 4 legs. That makes me feel good they take the time to talk WITH you and NOT at you! Keep up the EXCELLENT JOB CARING HEARTS! 5 stars from me!!!

After going to other clinics, I was relieved when I went to Caring Hearts. First off they got me a appointment the same day. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the doctors really knew what they were talking about. They helped me understand my options and the prices are competitive. I would surely recommend this clinic to my friends!

I have had other vets that couldn't care less about my dogs health and that is not the case here. I would highly recommend them.

I did not like this vet at all. They seemed to be more annoyed with my dog then caring about helping him. When I mentioned needing to bring my cat in the doctor said "Oh I really don't care for cats" I couldnt believe it.

Dr. Schleappe is an outstanding vet! He is excellent at diagnosing, explaining the situation, performs skilled surgeries and truly cares about animals. I take both of my personal dogs there and he has also treated many of my foster dogs as well. He is top notch! Some of the staff is lacking and the wait time is usually very long - but for all the excellent treatment Dr. Schleappe has given my dogs - it is worth it!

I did not care for this vet at all. The main vet lied to me about the health of my kitten... he made it sound like he was healthy and not even 12 hours later (after spending hundreds of dollars) my kitten died a horrible and seemingly painful death. I would not recommend Caring Hearts to anyone. I've also heard other stories of animals being sent home with the staff saying they're "fine" and then the animal dying later on.
