Horrible experience with this vet, overcharges, never on time, can't keep staff. And the care for my pet was horrible as well. I have nothing good to say about her.

You will wait up to four hours waiting With your pet to be seen by the Doctor. The staff is excellent but there is s high turn over. They continually quit and go to other facilities. I really don't know if it is worth what you get or if it is better to go to Albuquerque. Clinic is very Caotic and it's the senior tech that is actually making the decisions

Dr Kelly is very good, but you should be warned that she is very expensive. I don't believe I have ever seen any doc or vet pad a bill quite so much. However, she is clearly very talented and very good with animals. Her staff is absolutely wonderful.

Dr Kelly and her staff are wonderful. The unfortunate truth is that there is no guarantee when treating such ill animals. The treatments can be very expensive but if you tell them your concerns they will work with you to find the best treatment that can fit into your budget. Also, while expensive, I don't think the routing costs for CBC, ultrasounds, x-rays etc are out of line for things that normal vets charge in the area. When my pet had a crisis episode I was able to walk in and be seen immediately even though they were very busy that day.

This Vet was not available during visits, did not return calls, kept us waiting and very expensive. I felt I was given false hope. I should have followed my gut and gone to CSU Vet clinic for a second opinion. Her support staff coudl be nice.

She is not straight forward when your pet is terminal. She will keep recommending treatment that is extremely expensive and does not improve the quality of life in terminal animals. Find another oncologist who will be more honest.

Dr. Kelly is a fantasic, caring vet with a good bedside manner. The new facility and staff have made significant improvements and I highly recommend her if your pet has cancer. Dr. Kelly is also very willing to work with owners to make treatment financially feasible.

I have used Dr. Kelly for two of my dogs. She did a GREAT! job. She is incredibly caring and compassionate. My dogs loved her and so did we (my and my husband). My husband is an MD and he was very impressed and pleased with Dr. Kelly and her staff. We recommend her with complete confidence. Marie and David

I could not disagree more with the previous rater. Dr. Marie Mullins is the only board certified oncologist in New Mexico. She is very good and very nice as are the rest of the staff. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They have been on time for all of our appointments.

This vet is not an oncologist but treats dogs and cats for cancer. Her office is chaotic and her medical behavior and practice is negligent and inappropriate. She does not follow up on treatment nor emergency calls during office hours or any time. She, at times, treats animals in her waiting room therefore, does not provide privacy for grieving families. The environment in her clinic (too small to handle the number of animals she treats) is one where the staff appears upset and unhappy which adds to the trauma of the pet and owners.NO PRIVACY HERE. TREATMENT DONE IN STAFF ROOMS, STAFF OFFICES, WAITING ROOM.If you are lucky you might get one of the 2 examing rooms. In addition, this vet was never on time for us for office visits or cancer treatment.
