I would rate our experience as abysmal if that was an available rating. We saw at least three different vets for the same problem. One vet recommended a certain type of surgery, which we went with. It turned out our cat needed a different type of surgery instead, which we could not afford after paying for the first surgery and the previous vet visits leading up to the surgery, and which they would not perform without further payment. Our only choice at that point was to put our four year old cat, who would have had many years left if treated correctly, to sleep. Oh and the vet that performed the surgery and euthanasia was Dr. Rubey. Look at the reviews on any website where businesses can be reviewed. This clinic CONSISTENTLY gets horrible reviews. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THESE IDIOTS. They also own the Silver Springs and Colonial Park Animal Clinics too so avoid those as well! I sincerely do not want to see anyone else have to go through the pain caused by this practice.
